The AJC Mobile Hydraulic Unit is purpose built to meet customers’ precise
requirements. It is a secure, galvanised anti-vandal unit designed for any
utility, development or construction project whilst ensuring compliance

General Structure
The walls are constructed from our unique newly designed high strength composite panels. They are extremely strong due to a bonded construction and have a galvanised steel exterior
finish to prevent rust, high-density foam for insulation and a seamless GRP washable interior. The roof is a seamless
insulated composite panel and the floor is 15mm phenolic faced marine plywood. The chassis is a heavy-duty
galvanised steel to prevent the need for painting in years to come. It has a Type approved Al-KO electric hydraulic
lowering axle. 1800kg gross weight.1560Kg laden weight with standard spec. The wheel and tyre size is 185/70R13
and built in road lights with removable number plate brackets, heavy duty jockey wheel.
Doors, Window & Shutter
3 x high security composite doors with triple deadlock mechanism. Double doors to generator with 2 deadlocks
Aluminium window with security door locked internally with thumb turn deadlocks. All doors have anti jemmy design
with common keys and security hinges.
